Delivery Times
Order Cutoff Time: 2:00 PM (GMT). Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
Order Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday)
Transit Time: 10–14 business days (Monday to Friday)
Estimated Total Delivery Time: 12–16 business days from the date of order (approximately 2–3 weeks)
Ordering for a special event? We recommend placing your order at least 4 weeks in advance to allow plenty of time for delivery.
Please note that international shipments may occasionally experience additional delays due to customs processing.

Late Delivery Guarantee
If your order has not been delivered within 30 days of purchase, you may request a full refund — even if the parcel is eventually delivered afterwards.
This guarantee applies under the following conditions: the refund request must be made between the 30th and the 45th day after the purchase date, and the order must not yet have been delivered at the time of the request. For example, if your order is delivered on day 31 and you request a refund on day 32, the guarantee no longer applies, as the order has already been delivered.
After the 45th day following the purchase date, delivery-delay claims are no longer covered by this guarantee and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis by our support team. This guarantee is offered in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights.
