How Long We Keep Your Data

We keep your data only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected: order and transaction records for 7 years, to meet accounting and tax obligations; customer account and support history for 3 years from your last interaction with us; marketing contact data until you unsubscribe, then removed within 30 days; website analytics data for up to 26 months.

Because we operate from Hong Kong and work with service providers and fulfilment partners located outside your country, your personal data may be transferred to, and processed in, countries outside the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom.
