Return Policy Details
Return Window: You can return items within 30 days of receiving your order.
Condition: Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging to qualify for a return.
Return Costs: For change of mind or sizing issues, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. For the goods received as damaged or not correct the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refund Process
Instant Options: Store credit and gift card refunds are issued immediately through our automated portal.
Traditional Refunds: For refunds to your original payment method, once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds will be issued within 7 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
Exchanges are easy through our return portal! Simply select the "Exchange for Different Items" option — you can keep your original items while we send you new ones. No return shipping needed, making it the fastest and most convenient option.
Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 72 hours of delivery through our return portal or at help@lauven.co, including clear photos of the issue.
To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. We may ask you to return the item for inspection before a replacement or refund is issued. Claims relating to items that have been worn or washed, or reported after the 72-hour window, may be declined. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Return Conditions & Evidence
- Photos submitted with a return or claim must clearly show the item hanging or laid flat on a clean surface; photos taken on the floor may be rejected. We may request a short video if photos are not sufficient to assess the issue.
- Each item may be returned or exchanged once.
- Approved returns must be shipped back within 14 days of approval.
- We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping proof of postage; Lauven is not responsible for return parcels lost in transit.
Cancelling Your Order
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, free of charge, by emailing help@lauven.co with your order number. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it and refund you in full to your original payment method. Once an order has been dispatched it can no longer be cancelled, but you can still return it under the terms of this policy.
EU & UK Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. This right applies in addition to, and independently of, our voluntary 30-day return policy.
To exercise it, inform us within 14 days of delivery by emailing help@lauven.co, or by any other clear statement of your decision. You must then send the item back within 14 days of informing us. We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving the item back, using the same means of payment you used for the order.
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the item, and for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Once your return is approved, our team will send you the return address and full instructions by email.
Restocking Fees & Partial Refunds
We do not charge restocking fees. Approved returns are refunded in full for the price of the item.
We may issue a partial refund only where a returned item is received in a condition that has reduced its value — for example if it has been worn, washed, altered, is missing its tags, or is damaged beyond the inspection permitted above. In that case we will contact you and explain the deduction before processing the refund.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return. These products will be clearly marked as non-returnable on their product pages.
