Hey — just a quick note from the Lauven team.

First off, thanks for even being here. We know there are a million shops online, and it actually means a lot that you’re reading this.

Fashion at Lauven? It’s about way more than clothes. It’s about those moments when you try something on and think, “Oh yeah, that’s me.” We get it — everyone’s got their own vibe, their own story. We just want to help you find pieces that fit.

How Lauven actually works

We want to be straight with you about what we are, because we think you deserve to know who you’re buying from.

Lauven is an online-only retailer. We don’t own factories and we don’t manufacture our own clothing. What we do is curate: we select occasion-wear designs we love, and we work with trusted international fulfilment partners who hold the stock and ship your order directly to you.

That model is what lets us offer designer-inspired pieces without the designer price tag. It also means our parcels travel internationally, so they take a little longer to arrive than a local high-street order. We’d rather tell you that up front than surprise you.

Delivery, honestly

Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days, and delivery typically takes 11–16 business days in total, fully tracked and insured, with free shipping worldwide.

If you’re ordering for a specific event, please order at least 4 weeks in advance. We’d rather you have your dress early than cut it fine.
