How do I know what size to order?

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping! Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. UK shipping takes 6–8 business days, while international orders may take 7–15 business days, depending on your location.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
Most of our dresses are true to size, but some styles may have unique fits (e.g., corset bodices, stretch fabrics). Be sure to read our fit notes on the product page for specifics.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update or cancel it. Please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order at info@lauven.co.
Do you restock sold-out styles?
Some of our styles are limited drops and may not be restocked. However, you can sign up for restock notifications on the product page, and we’ll email you if it comes back.
